Oil Leak Solution Getting Reviewed

Hey, maybe being a creative type will help stop the oil leak. Around May 16th I sent an email to the "Horizon Incident" (BP oil well leak) people. I just received an email from them saying that my proposal has been escalated to the 3rd level (of 4) for further technical review. I'm really proud that it's gotten this far although I'd have hoped there wouldn't be a need anymore.
